Jim Pullara is a real estate investor from Holiday, Florida. A student of "King of Wholesaling" Preston Ely, Jim Pullara is an expert in the field of flipping houses. He also teaches short sales. As an individual, Jim Pullara describes himself as "business minded." "I have owned several companies starting from one employee and have built them into powerhouse business. For me it was a no brainer getting into real estate investing … I love real estate and there is no other industry that can make you so much money in a short amount of time," he says. Apart from business, Jim Pullara is very passionate about playing golf, his favorite sport. He also loves spending time with his family - something that real estate investing has helped make possible.


As a wholesaler, he buys all types of property for less than 60 cents on the dollar and flips them for a profit. Although he believes in the importance of holding properties for a long-term portfolio, he also thinks that neophytes in the industry should first focus on flipping houses. "A lot of people these days are preaching about the buying and holding method of gaining wealth with real estate. There indeed may come a time in your life or business when you'll want to hang onto a piece of property, although you'll only be interested in keeping certain types of property. If you're just starting out, flipping a house may be an ideal way to get started," he writes in one of his articles.


As a mentor, Jim Pullara stresses on the importance of mental preparation. He says investors must have the right mindset to enter the lucrative world of real estate investing.
